The Rapids are rolling into Hamilton  as Arnprior District High School beat Holy Cross from Kingston yesterday in the Eastern Ontario senior high school football championship game at Beckwith Field and are heading to the National Capital Bowl on Monday … looking for an all-Ontario title. Arnprior got timely offence and the defence came up huge at the right time  as they made three big stops on the goal line with time running out  to hold on for a nail-biting 16-13 win over the Kingston champs. ADHS will be the first Lanark-Renfrew team to play for an OFSAA football title since Almonte represented the region in 2004.  Arnprior will now face Nantyr Shores from Innisfil on Monday, November 27th at 4 o’clock.
