SALMON RICE BAKE
1 small bunch of broccoli, broken into small pieces
1 ½ C instant rice
1 ¼ C water
1 can cream of celery soup
1 – 7 ¾ oz. can salmon, drained & flaked
2 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper to taste
Mix all of the ingredients together and place in a casserole.  Cover & microwave on high for 5 minutes.  Stir. Cover and microwave until the rice is tender about 6 – 7 minutes.  Stir before serving.
